We believe that a good design goes beyond creating the most aesthetically pleasing spaces or presenting solutions that solve the most complex issues. A good design is the result of synergy when great aesthetics marry smart functionalities.

It must be able to withstand the test of time, it is timeless and more importantly, it resonates with users emotionally to evoke a sense of belonging, a sense of familiarity and joy. It simply makes one wanting to be there, stay there and feel good there.

This is what we, at Summerhaus, strive to achieve for each and every project we undertake.

Larry Lim

Managing Partner

Having seen both sides of the spectrum, Larry is in a unique position. He resonates with the client’s point of view and interrelates it with a designer’s mindset to achieve an alternate perspective for the team. He has a keen eye on beautiful aesthetics and is constantly challenging the design team beyond their limits to craft designs better and better.

Having spent a decade of his early career in the banking industry, Larry decided to pursue his passion in design during his MBA programme with the University of Manchester.

Jess Koh

Managing Partner

A purveyor of perfection, Jess is remarkably meticulous when it comes to work. Accuracy on minute details is always on top of her mind and she enjoys the technical aspects of design. She is the auditor when it comes to sitework and drawings. Jess has been steadfast in her pursuit to find the sweet spot between practicality and aesthetics in design.

Academically trained in the field of interior design, Jess’ professionalism and client oriented approach earned endorsements from many returning clients over the last 20 years.

Jacelyn Chieng

Partner

Like a blossoming flower, we’d seen her grown from a girl into a mother of 3. We have created many of our award-winning designs together during her 9 years (and counting) with us. Jacelyn is now an integral member of the team taking on client facing responsibilities.

With 12 years of experience under her belt and as a interior design graduate, Jacelyn’s is extremely well versed with all spectrums of residential design and has won praises from many clients.

Jenno Misa

Chief Conceptualizer

We call him “The Maestro”! His undisputed skills in breathing life into our award winning concepts through photo realistic visuals is no joke. Jenno manages the team of Conceptualizers and embarks on a journey of experiential creativity to bring out the best our works.

A purveyor of solid design, Jenno is a core member of the team with 11 years (and counting) with Summerhaus. He is design graduate and has 15 years of industry experience.

Anderson Sun

Project Manager

Do not be deceived by the big smile and outgoing personality, Anderson is a tigress onsite. She is our discipline mistress in action checking on contractors and making sure nothing is amiss during project execution, to ensure a smooth sailing journey all across.

She has over 25 years of industry experience and together with a diploma in interior design, Anderson has all the experience to ensure project timeliness no matter the complexity.

Patricia Rimba

Senior Associate

Back from the sacred mountains after a 2 years secret training, Patricia returns with new skills and levelled up to take on a wider spectrum of responsibilities.

She now has 12 years (and counting) of experience, Patricia has developed to be a true blue designer armed with a degree in interior design.

Lim Si Xian

Senior Conceptualizer

A gem in the making, Si Xian has developed to be a core member of the team with her 5 years tenure with us. She has independently taken on some of our most complex projects.

A graduate with a degree in interior design, Si Xian has 8 years of industry experience and is now mentoring the younger team members.

Jin Kok

Conceptualizer

With her signature poker face, we suspect she’s Lady Gaga’s secret distant relative. Jin’s ice cold demeanor helps her solve on difficult design issues unfazed and with a quirk.

Young as she may be, Jin already has chalked up 8 years of interior design experience and is aided by her solid academic background in interior design.

Loke Weng Khei

Conceptualizer

Definitely not a stranger to high end residential projects, Weng Khei has been involved in designing show flats and bungalows in prior to joining Summerhaus.

As the youngest member in the team, Weng Khei offers fresh perspectives from her 2 year stint. She holds a degree in interior design.
