A Refining Touch
Featuring a 6m high ceiling throughout the living room, this new 3,035 sq ft duplex features floor to ceiling windows that offers a panoramic view of the city. A makeover was given to the 4-bedder with different layers of wall treatments to elegantly refine the entire space. The design concept which ditto the building’s clean and sleek architectural lines, is presented though the ubiquity of straight lines employed throughout the interior.
Sitting on the wall along the corridor on each level is a marble slab from Antolini which harmoniously blend in with the wood wall cladding. A crescent shape presents itself when the two bookmatched Bianco Allure slabs are viewed as one from the balcony.
The introduction of the copper ceiling along the corridor of the lower level not only adds another layer of depth to the overall aesthetics of this space, it also functions as a clear demarcation between the living/dining and dry kitchen.
